Actually, I play the voice of Lakitu in this little fandub I auditioned for back in August or September. This is really my first time ever playing a character voice so I'm not a very good voice actor and it shows in a few lines. But still, it was a lot of fun to do voiceover work, especially for one of my favorite Mario characters!

I'm going to be leaving on Friday for two weeks to go on a trip with my family out of town so I'm probably not going to be on much until the end of this month. I'll only have very limited internet access so I probably will only be able to get on for a few minutes every few days. Before I leave, I will finish my art trade with ~StardustCelestial which is just about ready to be posted. Otherwise, there isn't much else to report. I'll see you guys in two weeks!

Sorry for posting so many journals lately. Anyway, I got an email from the good people at Wacom today and they said that my tablet pen should arrive on either Thursday or Friday so I'll be able to get back on artwork then. It better work because it cost me a total of $93 for the stupid replacement! D:

In other news, I've always tried to comment on every deviation that I add to my favorites but as that often tends to cause my message box to fill up quite quickly, I'm only going to comment on deviations when I have something insightful to say about it. Hopefully people will understand. That is all. Turtle out.

The worst thing that could possibly happen, happened today. My tablet pen broke! So much for getting more artwork done. :c I'm going to order another pen online right away and hopefully it won't take too long for me to receive it. Sorry everybody!

Oh, by the way, I got a laptop yesterday!

Thanks to everybody who showed concern over myself and my grandfather in my last journal. I will say that I am feeling a whole lot better now. Anyway, now that I am home, I am going to try and get a lot of work done on here. First on my list is my end of an art trade with ~StardustCelestial which remains unfinished on my computer as I was unable to finish it before undergoing surgery. Once I get his finished, I might be doing a few other art trades with friends. Not this week though. Between college applications, job hunting, and a project obligation I need to finish before Sunday, I am extremely busy this week. So maybe next week.

I also have finally decided to start doing critiques of other people's artwork. I've been mooching off of deviantART for several years now and I think it is time to give back to the community a little. I just wish that you don't be offended by me critiquing your artwork even though chances are that your artwork will be much better than mine.
